John Hogan says: I purchased this car in Odessa, Texas. The owners informed me that the car spent most of it's life in Odessa and was purchased from Mr. Griffin from Plano who owned the car from 1962 and was then purchased by the Sweatt family in Odessa. The owner's told me but I have not documented it yet, but they believe the car was purchased new by Nathaniel Adam Coles. (NAT KING COLE)
The car was sold new in LA and was fully optioned which would make it an expensive car to buy. ----------Arthur Ash III registered this Thunderbird on February 21, 2006: This 1957 Thunderbird has a 312 V-8 engine, Fordomatic transmission, power windows, power seat, power steering, power brakes, Continental kit, fender shields, soft top and a hardtop with portholes. As of February, 2006 it was for sale on ebay and located in Odessa, Texas.
