Skip Riggs says: My 1957 Thunderbird was purchased new by me in February 1957 from Vad Jelton Motors, Broadway, Oakland, California. It was used as family car for 20 years, restored and driven occasionally since 1976. It was the first "Bird" in BATOC (Bay Area Thunderbird Owners Club) and still carries California License Plate CTCI 1 (my card number in Classic Thunderbird Club of America). It is painted Thunderbird Bronze with white interior and top. It has Engine Dress up kit; full power and 1956 Motor Rim & wheel wire wheels from Ford Motor Company from 1956. I have the original invoice to Vad Jelton Motors from Ford Motor Company. I also own RN 25904, a 1956 Thunderbird.
